Been a founder for three years but I am dealing with a high turnover rate for the past 6 months. I have lost two potential people in the past two months. Can people out here help me solve the crisis?

There are many factors that could be contributing to your problem. It would be good idea to sit down and have exit interviews with people who are leaving the organisation, Question about their experience in the company, the reason behind leaving the organisation. Striking up a conversation with your team will be easy since you team is small.
From these conversations it will be pretty easy to deduce the reason why they are leaving. It could be anything from

  1. Employee finding no career growth in your company.
  2. Compensation
  3. Work-life balance
  4. workplace environment
  5. rapport with colleagues
  6. engagement issues
  7. Bad experience
  8. personal reasons and more.

Most of these can be solved. Start implementing counter measures to solve these problems. An engagement system which can quantify the feedback and dentify issues intelligently for you can help too. Evaluate the results from the countermeasures you have acted upon.
